‘Detox and Rejuvenate’ - Yoga weekend with Harriet Green, 4-6 November 2011
This is a yoga weekend to rebalance the system physically, mentally and energetically, and to set out positive intentions and affirmations for the year ahead. Harriet Green (www.harryoga.net) teaches a style of yoga that incorporates elements from dance and blends Hatha (steady poses and breath work) with Vinyasa (a more fluid and dance like style) depending on the individuals in the group, tailoring each class to suit all abilities and needs.
Harriet incorporates variations and challenges for those who require them and time to focus on meditation, breath work and relaxation. Harriet believes firmly that although yoga requires discipline and patience, it should be fun, and there is no better place to experience that than in the nurturing and safe environment of a retreat. We will have time to experiment with and perhaps challenge ourselves physically, time to reflect and time to rejuvenate and revitalise the system as a whole. The weekend includes delicious and healthy vegetarian food (three meals a day). Massages and treatments will also be on offer.
