Retreats
We run a range of wellbeing retreats throughout the year at Littleton Mill. These courses focus on cleansing and relaxing the body, mind and soul through practice of yoga, healthy eating, meditation, massage, fitness and fasting.

We also organise private tailored retreats for family and friend groups. We require a minimum of four people to run these private retreats and prices vary according to number of people, nights and programme.
If you would like to book a place on one of our retreats we ask that you contact us in advance to ensure availability on the dates you wish to come before making payment. You will need to pay a 50% deposit to secure your booking.
